• Integrated JSONL state files into data pipeline -- `generate-data.mjs` now reads `state/decisions.jsonl`, `state/tasks.jsonl`, and `state/artifacts.jsonl`, producing `decisions`, `tasks`, `artifacts`, and `agentActivity` fields in `state.json`

• Enhanced Live page with per-cycle detail view -- Each cycle now shows inline decisions (DEC), tasks (TSK), and artifacts (ART) with agent attribution, confidence scores, and outcome status. Summary stats updated to show decision/task/artifact counts

• Replaced Team page fake data with real agent activity -- Removed hardcoded `cycleOffset` in favor of actual `agentActivity` data from JSONL files. Agent cards now show real decision/task counts and last-active cycle
